Preparing the property for the session.

Before the shoot: every minute spent preparing shows in the final result.

Switch on every light, including extractor hoods and ceiling fans. Clear surfaces — countertops, bedside tables, dining tables. Tuck away cables, chargers and personal items. Open curtains if the view adds value, close them if it doesn't. Outside: cut grass, hide hoses and tools, move cars away from the front of the house.

A prepared property doesn't just photograph better — it sells faster. Our team arrives ready to work, but the final result always starts with this first step.
